Cheats Ciabatta


Last weekend I gave bread making a go.  I used this recipe here from le Petit Brioche, which cuts out the pre-mix "starter", so you can be eating delicious warm bread in just a few hours.

mix together flour and salt
knead with dough hook for 10 minutes

pop it into a well oiled bowl

let the dough rise in a warm place for at least two hours

turn out onto well floured bench

half the dough and stretch out two loaves and dimple the top with your fingertips
