Last weekend I gave bread making a go. I used this recipe here from le Petit Brioche, which cuts out the pre-mix "starter", so you can be eating delicious warm bread in just a few hours.
| mix together flour and salt | 
| knead with dough hook for 10 minutes | 
| pop it into a well oiled bowl | 
| let the dough rise in a warm place for at least two hours | 
| turn out onto well floured bench | 
| half the dough and stretch out two loaves and dimple the top with your fingertips |
